Manulife Vitality aims to assist members in living healthily, earning rewards, and saving money. Through the Manulife Vitality app, you can seamlessly monitor your progress as you strive towards a healthier lifestyle and take full advantage of the program's benefits and rewards. The app enables you to:
- Set and track your goals and Vitality Points™
- Monitor your weekly progress towards unlocking rewards
- Record your workouts using GPS*
- Submit evidence of completed activities (e.g., 5K run, dental check-up, etc.)
- Browse the daily newsfeed featuring valuable tips for a healthier lifestyle
- Link to Apple’s Health app for data synchronization via iPhone or Apple Watch
*Certain features such as gym visits may necessitate GPS location services. Note that continuous use of GPS running in the background can significantly reduce battery life.
The app is available for download by anyone; however, logging in requires a Manulife insurance policy with Manulife Vitality and registration on the website. Your Manulife Vitality website credentials will be used for logging into the app post-registration. Please be advised that the Vitality Wheel™ is not accessible to residents of Quebec.
